A valid national identity card or passport is required as security for rentals. Travel and service conditions are confirmed according to the resort, time and request.

Our après-ski hookah service adapts to your chalet, atmosphere and preferences, subject to feasibility and availability.
WOOKAH hookahs
We use premium WOOKAH hookahs in exotic woods or a white finish, selected for their elegant presence in the finest Alpine chalets.
Fresh-fruit option
On request, we can bring and prepare a fresh fruit head to smoke from instead of the Quasar bowl. The option is confirmed according to the fruit, notice, availability and quotation.

What is included in the full-day rental?+
The package includes a premium WOOKAH hookah, a Quasar bowl, the required accessories, setup and operating guidance. Practical details are confirmed before delivery.
Can I request fresh fruit instead of the Quasar bowl?+
Yes, this option can be reviewed on request. We can bring and prepare a fresh fruit head; feasibility, availability and any supplement are stated in your quotation.
Do you accept bespoke requests?+
Yes. Our two packages are reference points: every special request is reviewed according to your needs, availability, feasibility and the corresponding quotation.
When are you available?+
Chicha Chalet Alpes 73 is available by reservation in 20 resorts, 24/7 subject to availability.
Do you deliver to other ski resorts?+
Yes, service in a resort not listed may be considered only following a prior request and after a personalised quotation has been issued and accepted.
Can you work in hotels and rented chalets?+
Yes, provided the hotel, property manager or owner authorises it. Use of the equipment remains subject to the venue rules and safety requirements.
Is a security deposit required?+
Yes. A valid national identity card or passport is required as security for rentals. The terms are explained when the booking is confirmed.
